Went there, I had the chicken salad my husband had the egg salad we both threw up all night I don’t think the food was kept to temp, 2 people went for lunch around 1pm symptoms started around 4 or 5  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心

2019 年 7 月 31 日晚上 7 点左右我吃了。订购并吃了蘑菇汉堡。2019 年 8 月 1 日凌晨 1 点 30 分左右，我被我经历过的最严重的腹痛醒来了。当我卧床时，房间似乎在旋转，很难站起来。打电话给 911，不得不去我的公寓门口。解锁它才能进入 EMS。之后，我倒在门前的地板上，经历了我记得最严重的无法控制的腹泻。最终起来到浴室，从我的客厅、卧室和浴室的前门留下了一条线路。运到 ER，然后在那里度过了其余的时间。穿上 IV 进行脱水和药物控制恶心。晚上 7 点左右从 ER 释放，必须乘出租车回家。当我回家的时候，我开始从肛门流血，这种流血持续了好几天。我从医院出院的同一天去看我的内科医生。根据我吃蘑菇汉堡的时间和出现的症状，他觉得这绝对是食物中毒。同一天，我不得不雇用一家危险品公司来清理我的公寓。几天之后我仍然在大便里遇到血液。回到我的内科医生那里做了诊断，以确定腹泻刺激性痔疮导致出血。出血已经停止，没有腹泻，但仍然没有完全恢复正常。不过去那里。

I ordered pizza from here 8/7/19 and that same night after about 2 hours or so of eating I started getting really bad stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhea. This has never happened in the many times I've been there but something was wrong.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

Ordered a son of a baconator meal and a 6 piece nugget around 8:30pm on 8/7/19 stomach immediately starting hurting afterwards and had explosive diarrhea and vomiting also a mild fever. It hasn’t stopped yet  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
