I ate a single pretzel bacon king from my local store at around 7:30, I started cramping and vomiting at around midnight and it is now the next day and I have had diarrhea all day along with vomiting and stomach cramps  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

Yesterday (4/15/2018) about 6 PM, my husband got wendys for him and my kids. They all are chicken nuggets. An hour and a half later my 6 year old started puking everywhere. About 6 hours later, my husband started puking and having liquid diarrhea at the same… 更多

我是这家麦当劳的常客。最近这项服务太糟糕了，员工对我来说太糟糕了，因为我一直在抱怨硬皮干 mcdoubles。在最后一次投诉之后，我开车去买了通常的 3 个 mcdoubles，只有蛋黄酱和番茄酱以及一个沙子，半之后我的胃痛很剧烈。剩下的我没完成。我感觉到可怕的痛苦和腹胀。我晚上的其余时间包括胃痛，从厕所里来回跑去呕吐，diahreah，而且我不断出汗和潮热。明天去看医生。
