Been there many times for lunch, this was the first time I'd had the steak. Had a regular size, classic style burrito with chips and the medium salsa on the side. Felt like a hot lump in my stomach all afternoon and when I got home I started having diarrhea and vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

My daughter and I both had the mac and cheese. It was more watery than usual. The restaurant was very dirty. 吃了一个牛排碗，里面有白米饭、黑豆、热（红）莎莎、玉米莎莎、酸奶油和奶酪。1 月 23 日下午 6 点 30 分左右得到了结转。几个朋友同时得到了食物。我是这群人中唯一一个订购牛排的人，也是唯一出现症状的人。

在几个小时内开始感到不适。现在是 1 月 24 日下午 1 点，在过去的 6 个小时里我不得不使用洗手间 9 次。出现腹痛和抽筋 l、恶心和腹泻
