2017 年 7 月 8 日星期日晚上 6 点 45 分左右，我去了洛根餐厅。那是我那天吃的唯一一顿饭... 我吃了整顿鸡肉饭配烤土豆沙拉和面包卷。那天晚上大约午夜那时我醒来时胃痉挛呕吐发烧腹泻恶心。我打电话给公司道歉后没人做任何事情给我回电话或者什么都没做。

I ate three tacos I was okay about 1 hr later srarted to vomit, stomach cramps so I laid down woke up and had diarrhea,vomiting . It was dirty inside but i didn't think nothing about it I have ate there a couple other times and it was fine. But this time it was a different story!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
