Been there many times for lunch, this was the first time I'd had the steak. Had a regular size, classic style burrito with chips and the medium salsa on the side. I ate a spicy chicken sandwhich at 2 PM on 3/28/2018 and within 3 hours my stomach was in severe pain and I started vomiting violently and had diarrhea. The only other thing I ate that day was cereal, which I eat every single day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

My daughter and I both had the mac and cheese. It was more watery than usual. The restaurant was very dirty. About 24 hrs on the dot later my daughter and I were both vomiting, had diarrhea, and fever.
