Had double chicken burrito bowl, at 1:15 8/24/17. Two hours later had diarrhea, about 5 hours later severe abdominal cramps as well. Thru out the night had aches and fever

Ate salad around 9:15 pm. Within a hour started to fell sick. The next day diarrhea. Day after vomiting. Today stomach cramps and diarrhea. Going to doctor today
