Bistro Ready Pack 苹果蓝山核桃沙拉。6 月 6 日购买，包裹于 6 月 14 日到期。6 月 9 日晚上 7 点左右消耗，进食后几分钟变得恶心。变得非常虚弱和摇摇欲坠，不得不放下。大约 90 分钟后开始严重呕吐。腹泻在 2 小时后开始，持续到第二天。终于能够在第二天下午减少姜汁汽水和盐水。虚弱和轻度恶心持续到 6 月 10 日晚上。疲软持续到 6 月 11 日星期日。
