Ate chicken strips and fries there on Dec. 16. Woke up on Dec. 17 at 3am with major nausea. Vomited twice that morning and had diarrhea. I also had chills and aches and laid in bed the whole day. Started coming out of it on Dec 18.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 其他, 寒战

印度尼西亚的大型 31-40 产品煮熟的去皮、去皮、尾巴上的虾批号 62AS/21DB/4021088。用微波炉加热虾和黄油，只吃了 7 片，然后一小时后症状出现，包括气体腹泻和严重的胃痛轻微发烧。睡觉之前。已经过去了 12 个小时，睡觉后仍然存在胃痛。

My husband and myself eat Panda Express regularly atleast every other week. Last time every single meat on our plates was dry and hard. We wasnt sure what we was supposed to do with the food because they didnt give a receipt so we just threw it… 更多

Ate spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries at noon, that evening I started vomiting and having severe abdominal pain almost nonstop then had to go to urgent care the next morning. Didn’t stop feeling this way until 28 hours later.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
