Ate sushi at 2pm on 1/13/17. I had regular salmon nigiri, sockeye salmon nigiri, chicken katsu (fried chicken), super salmon roll. Nausea starts around 6pm. Watery diarrhea at 8 and through the night. Small vomit at 9pm and and enormous vomit at 6am on 1/14. I am not done yet.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

At about 17:00h on December 2nd, I had an order of Calamari. I was dining with two other people who did not share my lust for deep fried squid topped with diced spicy peppers. The dish was served with chipotle aioli which was another item that only I consumed.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

2017 年 6 月 4 日吃了一只波兰狗吃午饭，直到晚上都感到不安。我从早上 8 点到凌晨 3 点 30 分都呕吐了，无法保持任何液体下降。我有寒冷和胃痉挛。自从我停止呕吐以来已经 24 小时了，我可以保持体液减少，但还没想吃任何东西。  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

3/21 我在早上 6:30 吃了麦当劳蛋麦克松饼和小哈希布朗，到 9 点我开始出现恶心和胃痛，1 点开始呕吐。呕吐一直持续到晚上 9 点。抗恶心药在晚上有所帮助。整晚都有腹泻。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛

第二天早上 6 点，我们在酒吧餐厅区吃饭时发抖，发抖，触摸热汗，呕吐。我们今晚必须飞往拉斯维加斯我们的家，。希望他在飞机旅行中没有症状。可能会回家看医生，因为他是兽医并且使用 VA 系统。
