Ate a polish dog for lunch on 6/4/17 and felt queasy until the evening. I threw up from 8:00am until 3:30am and couldn't keep any fluids down. I had chilling and stomach cramps. It is now 24 hrs since I stopped throwing up and I can keep fluids down but haven't felt up to eating anything.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

3/21 I ate a McDonald's Egg McMuffin and small hashbrowns at 6:30 AM and I begin having nausea and stomach pain by 0900 and I started vomiting at 1 o'clock. The vomiting persisted until 9:00pm. Anti Nausea meds helped in the evening. Diarrhea throughout the night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
