Ate sushi at 2pm on 1/13/17. I had regular salmon nigiri, sockeye salmon nigiri, chicken katsu (fried chicken), super salmon roll. Nausea starts around 6pm. Watery diarrhea at 8 and through the night. Small vomit at 9pm and and enormous vomit at 6am on 1/14. I am not done yet.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

At about 17:00h on December 2nd, I had an order of Calamari. I was dining with two other people who did not share my lust for deep fried squid topped with diced spicy peppers. The dish was served with chipotle aioli which was another item that only I consumed.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
