Had the Chicken California sandwich and ultimate fries on my lunch break, after a few hours I started getting stomach cramps and diarrhea. This was the only meal I ate that day. Have had these symptoms for the past 4 days now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋

I shared a Caesar salad, and mozzarella sticks with my friend and only had a Ginger beer - so it was not a hangover. We both woke up sick the next day. I was vomiting and nauseous, with a terribly debilitating headache, weak and in pain for almost 2 full days.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛, 弱点
