6 月 15 日星期五下午 4 点左右，我们购买了普通奶酪和小组合披萨。我的 brother 子刚过来。他和我妻子吃了 2 片奶酪，我吃了整个组合披萨和一片奶酪。我们所有人都遭受了食物中毒，这是我们作为一个团体在一起的第一件也是唯一的一件事。我的 brother 子在一个小时内先呕吐，然后大约一个小时后我呕吐。他又吐了一次然后有些腹泻。我妻子有腹泻和腹痛。我本人患有 12 个小时的弹丸呕吐和严重腹泻，以及持续约 36 个小时的发烧、身体疼痛和发冷。我还患有肠胃炎，因为最后两次呕吐是胆汁和鲜红色的血液混合在一起。测得的最大发烧为 101.7 度。当我们进去拿钱的时候，收银员问我们有意大利辣香肠比萨饼或香肠的人在哪里。愿妻子说不，那位女士马上就知道我们点了什么。我妻子接了这个问题，问收银员是否还有其他人报告过食物中毒，收银员不会看着她的眼睛说不。

Not sure if its from them but it was the only food I ate seperate from my daughter's. It was a chicken bowl that i snacked on all night and got sick around 2:30am with vomiting and stomach cramps.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

Vegetable burrito-brown rice, black beans, pico, corn salsa, lettuce & guacamole. I was vomiting violently about 1-2 hours after eating and it lasted about 7 hours.  | 症状: 呕吐
