8 月 12 日星期五，我和妻子都刻薄地吃了墨西哥卷饼。我的孩子吃了素食/奶酪卷饼。自从周五吃完食物以来，我已经和腹泻一起断断续续地回合了。自周五以来，我妻子出现了严重的胃痉挛、腹泻和恶心。她吃了 Chicken 我有牛排。在某个地方，我们相信有被污染的食物。尤其是在我妻子出现最严重症状的鸡肉中。

My daughter at lunch at Chipotle yesterday. She had the chicken tacos. She became violently sick (vomitting) by 8:30 that night. She is lathargic, too tired to get out of bed with 101.9 temperature today.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I went there for the first time and I ordered the Chicken Bowl. It had beans, cheese, olives, tomatoes, salsa, rice, and lettuce on it. I ate it at 5pm and the I woke up in bed at 2:30am and started vomiting. I threw up 7 times… 更多
