I ate a chicken sandwich h, chicken nuggets, and fries, and a frosty. A few hours later, I was super sick in the bathroom non stop. My boyfriend was also sick when he ate a few days prior (I clearly didn’t learn my lesson). It is now two days later and I still have all the same symptoms!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate barbecue chicken flatbread 8 hours ago which was very tasty.I began with nausea and upset stomach about 2 hours ago and am now feeling very unwell.The tray and menu was very dirty and sticky which should have been a big red flag,Never again!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我想要一些健康的东西，所以我选择了羽衣甘蓝和藜麦沙拉混合物，味道不错，但味道肯定不是那么好！吃完饭几个小时后我胃痉挛得了可怕的胃痉挛，不得不去洗手间然后腹泻，之后我又开始抽筋然后又去了！不太好  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋
