3 月 16 日在蒸米饭上吃了蘑菇鸡的午餐。后来，我感到气体臃肿，胃痛很少。到了晚上，我整晚都因恶心和极度腹泻而变得更糟。第二天我脱水了，太虚弱了，无法开车，所以一个朋友给我带了一些佳得乐。这可能是我没去看医生就病过的最严重的一次。那是 6 天前的事，我现在感觉有点恢复正常。
