2017 年 8 月 17 日，我和未婚夫去了亚洲城市自助餐。他们开张时我们是在上午 11 点到达的。我们俩都从自助餐中吃了各种各样的肉，但主要是他们吃了不同风格的肉。那天晚上我开始注意到肚子里有一个可怕的疼痛。症状刚刚恶化而且恶化了很多。我的未婚夫和我也有同样的症状。我发抖，非常虚弱，脱水，恶心，头疼得很厉害。我们已经到了第三天，我们终于开始感觉好些了。我还没能吃东西，但希望今晚能吃东西。

我和我妻子去那里她订购了鸡肉香蒜帕尼尼尼。吃完了几个小时后她感觉很恶心。第二天凌晨 4 点左右她开始投掷，周围都觉得可怕我们只是以为她有胃虫。然后在午餐时我下班回家吃了同样的鸡 panini，最终在几个小时内生病了。

Ate at chipotle in Clarksville on Monday with my 9 month old daughter and husband. Gave her tastes of my sour cream. 6 hours later we were both vomiting and had diarrhea and severe nausea. Spent a day in the hospital. Not even 48 hours later my husband is now sick with the same.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
