昨天我吃了一辆家用清障车、薯条和 queso。之后，我去上班了，无法集中精力，非常疲倦。偏头痛安定下来直到我昨晚睡觉。我在凌晨 3 点醒来时出现腹泻，然后在凌晨 5 点我呕吐的时候又醒来了。我今天早上 8 点半再次呕吐，但仍然有腹泻。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 偏头痛

got fries onion rings and a fish sandwich. no drink. the fish tasted old and hard . the onion rings the oil tasted stale. got stomach cramping almost right away. yes the other stuff too,. i work 12 hour shift and had to stay til 7 i work tomorrow too. still cramping  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
