星期六下午有披萨。他们给了我两个比萨饼而不是一个，声称他们搞砸了一个。其中一个比萨饼尝起来了。周日上午我醒来时头疼和恶心，但我以为如果我早餐吃点东西会感觉好些。大约下午 2 点，我吃了更多东西，一个小时之内就出现了严重的胃痉挛和发烧。那天晚上，我整晚都在呕吐和腹泻。我没能吃饭或去上班。我还有腹泻和恶心以及严重的抽筋。由于抽筋仍然无法工作。今天可以去 ER。自周日下午 2 点以来还没吃过东西。

4 people got sick. My mother started feeling ill only 10 minutes after finishing one slice of pizza. Shortly after, my sister began to feel sick too. An hour later, I got sick, and thirty minutes after that, my dad did. All of us had nausea and my mother and sister got diarrhea as well.

After chips and salsa, I had two pork Al pastor tacos with lime juice at 6 pm. At 8 pm I began experiences nausea and at 10:30 I vomited. I vomited twice more in the night. I also had diarrhea in the night. I had trouble keeping even water down.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
