Had Chili's for lunch, Fri 11/1/19 Woke up at 3 am with violent vomitting, diarrhea and slight fever. Slept 18 hours on Saturday, only waking to be ill. Today, (Sun), fever has broken, Stomach has settled down but still feeling the after effects. I had the Southwestern eggrolls and chicken strips.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 发烧

10 piece chicken nuggets, About 4 hours before symptoms occurred, 1 toddler got sick, ate original chicken nuggets, about 9 of the 10 an hour before bedtime woke up vomiting, can not keep any liquid down, continuously vomiting  | 症状: 呕吐

Dined in at around 7 pm on the 17th of October got the Barbacoa burrito with the hot sauce, spicy corn and guacamole. This was the only thing I ate that day besides a Lara bar way earlier that morning. Started to feel indigestion and cramping Friday… 更多
