Had Chili's for lunch, Fri 11/1/19 Woke up at 3 am with violent vomitting, diarrhea and slight fever. Slept 18 hours on Saturday, only waking to be ill. Today, (Sun), fever has broken, Stomach has settled down but still feeling the after effects. I had the Southwestern eggrolls and chicken strips.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever
