I ate one barbacoa taco last night and an hour later I was throwing up every 15 minutes for the next 5 hours until I finally went to the emergency room. The worst food poisoning I've ever experienced I literally thought I was dying  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a carnitas burrito with rice, pinto beans, hot sauce and cheese. Later that night I began feeling sick and for the next 2 days had vomiting, diarrhea, severe stomach pain and bad dehydration.
