Thursday Evening 9/5/19 my husband had a whole Samoa Cookie and my husband started feeling sick in the middle of the night. I did eat a full cookie but tested it out and started feeling sick the next day around 10am. My husband is still feeling nauseas.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

My boyfriend and I shared the spinach & artichoke dip on the evening of July 5th- we both had seperate pizzas (thai chicken and bbq chicken) and a few hours later, we both had the exact same symptoms. Vomitting, diarrhea, nausea, and muscle pain as well.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 肌肉疼痛

巴黎到 SLC 吃了鸡肉沙拉之后-应用程序。2 小时-起初我开始感到有点恶心。飞行 10 小时后，我的肌肉开始受伤，我开始感到头晕，有发烧的感觉。当我们降落时-距第一顿饭 12 小时后-我在等班车时在出发区中间昏倒了，当我回到自己身边时，我开始在那里呕吐 5 分钟。然后我开始感觉好一点了，我很高兴 SLC 在那里有如此出色的员工，一直在我身边。我无法想象在更大的机场也有同样的问题。

I ate a baja blast freeze and Cinnabon bites at about 9:30pm last night and woke up this morning at 7:00am feeling very nauseous after I got up. I laid down and it went away but I continued to have waves of nausea, shaking them off. I was on my way to work and I had to pull over to vomit.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 发抖

Only ate popcorn and had a soda. Movie was at 8:40. Woke up at 5:30 with nausea. Went to bathroom with diarrhea which then turned into vomiting. Instantly started feeling some degree of better, though probably more to come.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
