昨天下午 2 点左右收到了曹将军的鸡肉和螃蟹仰光。只有我整天吃的食物。一切都很好，但是在我吃完饭后的 2 小时内，严重的胃痉挛和整体恶心就开始了。整晚起床，腹泻和呕吐几乎持续不断。终于能够睡一个小时。今天早上腹泻仍在继续，但可以控制。

2017 年 1 月 13 日下午 2 点左右，我从韦格曼斯购买了一只烤肉店鸡肉。我把它切成碎片以将其冷冻，但注意到骨头周围是生的和血腥的。我已经尝试了 3 个小块，晚上出现冷汗，胃胀，轻度腹泻，感觉很痛苦。把鸡带回韦格曼斯，他们非常细心并退还了价格。

我在晚上 7 点 30 分左右吃了奶酪 Qasedill。我在凌晨 3 点 50 分醒来，开始无法控制地呕吐。那天晚些时候，我经历了高烧，严重的偏头痛，头晕，便秘，脱水和胃痉挛。这持续了大约 24 个小时。当我碰巧终于上厕所的时候，我得了绿色腹泻。
