我病了 6 天。我有香脆的鸡肉沙拉。由于感觉饱了，吃不到一半。我开始整夜感到身体疼痛，然后凌晨 5 点醒来恶心，疼痛和腹泻。它总共持续了 6 天，包括发烧。我的博士说这是大肠杆菌的症状。我已经向公司报告了。我们感觉这是生菜，因为我是我的聚会中唯一一个吃生菜的人。

Both my wife and I ordered burgers and ate around 9pm. It’s now 328am I’ve been vomiting and have some of the worst diarrhea I’ve ever had. My wife is nauseous with stomach cramps. This was the only food we had in common today. Both felt sick within an hour of eating.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
