3 of us had one beef burrito, beef Taco salad, one Chicken enchilada, with salsa sauce. The following night we had violent vomiting, flu like symptoms, diarrhea and stomach cramps, those symptoms for couple days. nausea for a week.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

The girl friend and I went to the melting pot Thursday to celebrate my birthday. We only had cheese and chocolate fondue, no meats. 我和妻子在华盛顿州法夫郡的翡翠皇后卡西纳停下来在环太平洋自助餐厅用餐。我们于 2017 年 12 月 26 日下午 5 点左右在那里吃过。我们尝试了热桌上的几种食物，包括排骨、熏排骨、土豆、蔬菜和炸肉排。我们没有沙拉，但确实吃了冷桌上几只未去皮的虾。今天早上我们俩都因恶心、呕吐、抽筋和腹泻而醒来。我的妻子在一天余下的时间里经历了头痛和疲倦。我怀疑的是虾，因为我们俩都有几只。
