8/11/19 订购了 8 只带骨的温和翅膀。篮子里装满了油脂和脂肪。无论如何都吃了。直到我离开大约半小时后才注意到任何问题。第二天始于胃痛和腹泻，恶心，疼痛，发烧和呕吐。差不多 23 小时后还生病了。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛

I ate a salad at approximately 6:30pm last night (8/9/19). By 7pm my stomach wasn't feeling right. I was vomiting by 9:30pm with sharp pains in my stomach. Vomited 5 times over the course of the night. I called them today to inform them.  | 症状: 呕吐

I had ordered food from and with in the next few hours I started getting sick and I got lite headed and had a slight fever upset stomach and vomiting nausea and some diarrhea, Nothing else Me and my wife within a few hours  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻, 发烧
