I had the Asian chicken salad for lunch and didn't feel good after a few hours. Felt very lethargic. Before dinner that night the diarrhea started. It has now been over 24 hours. I am worried it might be the lettuce in the salad  | 症状: 腹泻

星期二晚上 7 点左右我吃了 BBQ Ranch 鸡肉沙拉。大约 90 分钟后，在开车回家的路上，我经历了严重的胃痛，回家时出现了腹泻。尽管我感觉不太舒服，但我现在并不认为这太严重了。然后我上床睡觉醒来时肚子里有史以来最严重的疼痛。然后在接下来的几个小时里断断续续地出现呕吐和腹泻。然后第二天我整天都有腹泻，一天半后仍然感觉很糟糕。

早上 1 点左右我带孩子出去吃东西，我们早上 6 点就把它带回家了，我们都因为腹泻和呕吐而跑去洗手间。不得不去呃我们都被诊断患有食物中毒的地方。博士说我有沙门氏菌中毒  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had a burger with everything (lettuce, tomato, onions, mushrooms, mayo) in the evening. I woke up about 3:00am with severe nausea, followed by diahrea and violent vomiting. I felt sick the whole day, hardly able to keep down water. I started feeling better by the evening, though I am very tired.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
