我在一家大型航空公司工作。由于这种情况，我们已经习惯了世界各地不同的食品标准，有时会更加 “抵抗”。在旧金山中途停留期间，我去了这个地方吃点泰国菜，我吃了浓米粉和新鲜蔬菜和豆腐。第二天，我突然感到非常虚弱和恶心，还有来自地狱的头痛、发冷、肌肉酸痛和呕吐。我没能搭回程航班，我的值班被取消了。船长告诉我，我的一位同事也受到了影响。就在同一天，他在同一家泰国餐厅订购了一个外卖盒（包括箱子里的鸡肉）。他也生病了。

Been having diarrhea and vomiting for 12 hours straight. Fever as well. Very bad case of it. Almost had to go to the ER. I am a senior. Had a burger and a couple of bites of my husbands chicken sandwich. Chills, lasted many hours  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

My hus and and I ate at Dawn Patrol at 11am on Saturday Jan 12th. We shared the French Toast and build a hash plate. We felt okay until about 7pm, and by 9, we were up all night w food poisoning . There was spinach as a side, we were thinking that might be the offender.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
