My 3 year old grandson, 7 year old granddaughter and me all for diarrhea after we ate Domino’s Cheese Pizza. All of our stomachs hurt. I am very disappointed and will not order from there ever again.  | 症状: 腹泻

My kids and I had yesterday we had cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza. My son and I ate the Cheese Pizza and have been throwing up since with fevers. I am now forced to take my son to the emergency room due to not being able to eat or keep anything down since eating the Pizza yesterday.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我的胃开始肿胀，2019 年 5 月，阿肯色州沃尔玛派恩布拉夫的鸡肉凯撒沙拉使我感到严重。我开始服用黑胡桃山和木炭片。上周日或周一，我去了阿肯色州北小石城的山姆俱乐部，吃了一半的奶酪披萨和热狗。我走了，在酸奶山吃了一杯酸奶。那天晚上我变得暴力，直到今天我仍然恶心，虚弱，没有食欲。

My sister had a plain cheese pizza, and was quite ill yesterday. Not thinking I ate the left overs for it last night and now I have the same thing., The only two people who ate the pizza got sick. The symptoms appeared during the night.  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻

5 月 31 日我们参加了 6 人聚会。我们晚上 9 点左右到了。我的男朋友点了特价菜单上的鸡肉辣酱玉米饼馅。没有其他人订购那道菜，也没有人生病。我们在回房间的路上晚上 10 点左右吃完饭，我的男朋友开始说他感觉过饱和热。我们在晚上 11 点之前不久回到房间，他病得很厉害。他有极度的胃痛、恶心、发冷和感觉很热。他每小时呕吐几次，直到凌晨 5 点左右。在此期间他无法保持水量。那天早上晚些时候，他能够减少一些液体。星期六晚上，他放下了一些盐碱和 2 根香蕉。周日早上，他感觉好多了，有两个来自星巴克的平淡糕点。他认为这不在他的系统范围内，他（事后看来愚蠢地）吃了一片奶酪披萨和美食广场的 Pepper 博士。这是他最后一次呕吐后的下午 5 点 30 分和 36 小时左右。他在 6:15 左右回到我们的房间然后又开始呕吐。他直到晚上 11 点才能保持饮水。我在 6 月 1 日星期六向他们的安全部门作了报告。
