Daughter fell ill the morning after eating some chicken nuggets from nearby McDonald's. She's the only one in the house who ate those nuggets and the only one to fall sick out of 7 people. Her symptoms include vomiting, acute fatigue and high fever.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

My wife and I both ordered the chicken nuggets and a water. That was the only thing we ate. In the middle of the night we both woke up sick and had to rush to the bathroom. Spent the whole next day dealing with issues and fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I had the southwest chicken salad with crispy chicken nuggets and avocado ranch at 4 pm. At 6 pm, I had diarrhea and nausea that has been ongoing for 12 hours and counting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

we purchase kids happy meals on the 12th of November 2018 so my child ever since he eat the chicken nuggets he has been experiencing vomiting and fever we took him in the clinic and they said that its most likely something that he ate.  | 症状: 发烧, 呕吐

Had chicken nuggets with their sauce and had somach ache and diarrhea about 12 hours later. Same thing happened 2 weeks prior but I thought it was from something else, now I know it was the Chick-Fil-A. Waiting to see if my son has the same issues from eating there.  | 症状: 腹泻
