I ordered a kids meal with chicken nuggets and fries around 11:30pm on 04/02/16. I went home and fell asleep. About 1:30 am, I began vomiting along with the backdoor trots. Still not feeling great as of 04/05/16.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

周末拿起一些深夜 grub，点了菲力 o 鱼三明治以及 10 块鸡块和牧场酱。下午 11:30 /12:00 左右食用了食物。早上 5 点左右醒来，因为我的胃部不适在睡觉时把我吵醒了，我得了腹泻。然后腹泻发作每 30 分钟发生一次。然后我感到恶心，跑到厕所后马上就吐了起来。其次是大约 6 点左右发生的严重腹部痉挛
上午。抽筋非常痛苦，这就是促使我去看医生的原因。我以为我有某种食物中毒，并认为腹泻和呕吐最终会停止，但是胃痛太可怕了，我再也忍不住了。医生证实那是一些
有点像我的食物中毒
实验室结果没有发现。我因脱水、恶心和腹部抽筋而接受治疗。的。第二天我感觉好多了。腹泻已经消退了，我已经不复存在了
尽管药物消失后我的胃仍然会疼痛，但会呕吐。再也不会吃麦当劳了。

I had a plain hot dog
My 2 boys had the 5 for 4$ drink hamburger no bacon chicken nuggets and fries.
My fiance had just fries.
