On Saturday May 12th I ate a chicken salad bowl from Chipotle. I started feeling weird the next morning and I could barely eat my lunch. The next morning I couldn't eat anything and had to rush to the bathroom to throw up. Now it's Tuesday and I've been throwing up since 3:30 AM.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

订购了培根鸡蛋和奶酪早餐卷饼和西南鸡肉沙拉配酪乳酱。大约一个小时后，我有严重的胃痉挛，腹泻，恶心。去急诊所被诊断出患有食物中毒。起初叫商店 #5232 的经理很不错，然后当我告诉他也许他应该看看食物时，他的回答是我们所有的食物都符合标准。我一直在努力解释，直到他变得粗鲁为止，我说我要打电话给公司，他的回答是 “那是什么”。我挂断了电话，然后会联系公司。此外，他问我是否确定那是我唯一吃的东西。不用说 200 美元以后除了缺少的工作之外，应该对商店进行调查！！
