I received food poisoning from the Jalapeño chicken salad sandwich. This was my only meal for the day and An hour after eating I started having severe pain in my stomach and chest. Two hours later I started throwing up every 30 minutes and had severe diarrhea,  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我喜欢温迪的，在那里吃过很多次，但是这次我吃了西南鸡肉沙拉，第二天经历了严重的胃痉挛。抽筋、发烧、头痛和现在呕吐已经过去了 5 天。这是我那天唯一吃过的东西，此后除了水和饼干。我只是想知道是否还有其他人发生过这种情况。

I ate the chicken salad bowl 6/10/18. The next night 6/11/18 I felt nauseuos and sick and threw up and diarrhea and couldn't sleep all night. I called my doctor and she prescribed ondansetron for nausea and coconut water for electrolyte replenishment. I feel 40% better after… 更多

6/8 星期五我吃了中式鸡肉沙拉。24 小时后症状就像发条一样开始。极度呕吐/腹泻/胃痛。12 小时后呕吐停止。两天后腹泻仍在继续。这是我唯一没有吃过的东西。没有其他人在生病之前或之后和我一起吃过那顿饭或任何其他饭菜。
