晚上我吃了一个鸡肉三明治加奶酪和墨西哥胡椒。我醒来时感觉很饱，没有胃口。到了下午晚些时候，我头痛和胃痛很严重。那天晚上我肚子生病了，感觉像呕吐一样。由于胃痛我几乎没睡觉。我还是觉得不舒服。断断续续地发冷。现在已经快 48 小时了

Drive thru Monday night, April 29th, ate #8 which is chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayonnaise, got the meal but only had a few fries and through the rest out. Once I got home a few hours later, starting barfing, did not sleep at all that night… 更多

I have been eating here for a few years and I have never had a problem, the service is amazing as usual, but when I tried a grilled chicken sandwich I couldn't sleep at all that night and next morning because I was so sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had a Spicy chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-A on my way to a 2 day vacation & spent the whole time at my Husband’s graduation vomiting & with diarrhea, It was just me, i was the only one who ate the spicy sandwich. It took about 15 hours for symptoms to start  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻
