I purchased a beach club sandwich around 9 pm on 2/19/2020 and became violently ill with vomiting and diarrhea occurring every 15-20 min from 3am to 1pm. I became extremely dehydrated with a mild fever and required IV fluids.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 发烧

Went on Saturday January 18th with a group of 12. Two out of the group ended up with food poisoning, one more severe than the other as he is still sick today. The food in question was a club sandwich.

I had a grilled chicken Caesar wrap & lemonade at 4:00 yesterday afternoon. By 6:15, the diarrhea and abdominal cramping started. I’ve been in the bathroom all night & this morning & the cramps are excruciating. My son had a club sandwich & soup and he has been fine.  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋
