我昨天参加了一个由他们照顾的活动。我有一个火腿和瑞士奶酪三明治，薯片，和一个饼干（什么来了包装）。后来的一天，我注意到胃痛，但是粉笔了它再次饿了，有一个漫长的压力的一天。我花了整个昨晚在床上折腾和转身，醒来这样可怕的胃痉挛。今天早上我觉得这么恶心，疲惫，并且有可怕的腹泻。几乎觉得我也会生病。做了连接，我吃了帕内拉，没有别的与众不同。

I ate a cookie a couple fries and one chicken nuggett. Felt a lil nauseous took a sip of the coke and went straight to the bathroom with direaha. Symptoms occured immediately less than 2-4mins for sure  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
