我们在 2018 年 3 月 24 日晚上 8 点左右吃了。我男朋友有菲力牛排，我有鸡肉马德拉。他回到家，几个小时后，他的腹部痉挛/疼痛是他一生中最严重的腹部痉挛/疼痛，几乎快要流下眼泪了。当他的食物出来时，他订购的食物中等不错，结果相当粉红色，超出了应有的水平。我们不想把它寄回去，因为我们的女服务员看起来已经压力很大，心情不好，所以我们不想看起来像个麻烦。她只来过几次来检查我们，但前几天，服务根本不是很好。

Ate at 1pm. Had salad bar, (Caesar salad, Caesar dressing, mozzarella, tomatoes, Parmesan, 1 slice prosciutto, slice of bread). Also had mashed potatoes and four pieces of meat: 2 bacon wrapped filet, filet mignon, lamb chop.

Around 5pm, we entered the ridiculously long line at the North Royalton McDonalds on Hwy 82. We, my 12 yr old and I, both had severe stomach cramps, nausea and liquid, painful diarrhea. Going to wait till the morning to see if we need to go to… 更多

Husband, wife and son went to dinner last night (3/9) at approximately 7:30pm at Nick & Stef’s.
Husband was up most of the night with vomiting and diarrhea. Now also has fever and body aches and extreme thirst. No other family members are sick.
