2019 年 3 月 22 日星期五，我和我的朋友在哈德逊之家用餐。当我们坐下时，我们得知所有厨师都在前一天辞职了，因此，服务速度会比平时慢。我问谁在煮食物，一位服务员提到以前从未上过热线的是牡蛎去壳者。我有牡蛎和扇贝，我的朋友拿到了红色的鱼。我们的主菜花了 3 个小时才到达，我吃了 1 个明显未煮熟的扇贝。他们整理了我们的饭菜，并提到由于服务太慢，他们从晚上开始整理大部分饭菜。我朋友那天晚上晚些时候因腹泻生病。
我的症状在周日早上 4 点出现-呕吐、腹泻和发冷。8 小时后我的症状仍然出现，我怀疑是弧菌细菌，但没有去看医生。如果它持续到夜晚，我早上会去看医生。

On Friday, March 15, 2019 I had the fish dinner at 19th Hole, Approximately 5 1/2 hours later I got terrible sick with vomiting, the worst stomach cramps with diarrhea. It last about 2 hours and then I was wiped out the rest of the night and the next day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
