我不知道这是不是他们的错，所以我很犹豫要举报。昨晚我吃了炸薯条和德州墨西哥沙拉（带 OUT 鸡肉和额外的奶酪）后感觉还不错。但是孩子今天早上我病了。吃完了 8 个小时了，但是在这段时间里我没有其他食物。没有发烧，没有腹泻。我打电话给 911 太可怕了，它来得这么快，感觉多么可怕，所以我很担心。呕吐有帮助，小睡也是如此。我发冷了大约 3 个小时。受访者说，食物中毒通常包括腹泻。我对这家餐厅的评价很高，我喜欢他们的食物和服务，我不知道这是否是他们的责任，但我看到其他人也有类似的报道

Bought a grand Big Mac fries and a Diet Coke and began to get stomach cramps about two hours later, I knew it was this as I only had toast that morning, to be honest it was very busy at the drive thru and the staff were miserable, hence the fact the burger wasn’t over hot!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

从麦当劳订购了食物，并于 19 年 2 月 14 日通过门口冲浪板送达。晚些时候我吃了培根 mc double、薯条和法国香草。吃完了 mcdouble 之后我腹痛真的很严重，感觉非常恶心，所以我睡了一会儿。当我醒来的时候我得了腹泻，我在呕吐，我的寒战真的很严重。我再也不会吃麦当劳了。

On feb. 14 I purchased my 3 year old son a 6 piece nugget happy meal with fries and apples and chocolate milk for dinner that was the last thing he ate. In the middle of the night we woke up throwing up and the next day had diarrhea. Following night he woke up with both and belly pain.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I ate chicken nuggets, Fries and a smoothie from here around noon today.. ended up feeling nauseated afterwards and threw up 3 times, it’s 2am and I’m still feeling sick but more Ill then before ? it was the only thing i ate, so my guess is that McDonalds gave me food poisoning so thanks McDonald’s  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
