I went to Arby's in Grandview Missouri and ate the original Greek Gyro and I started having diarrhea and threw up around 11 o clock. I am wondering what was the matter with the gyro meat  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

吃了陀螺仪拼盘，直到 5 个小时后似乎还不错。爆炸性呕吐，整夜都会出现东西。整夜都是高汗发烧。今天早上脱水又虚弱，头痛和抽筋。朋友给我带东西是因为我认为我开车不安全。我再也不会在那里吃饭了。曾经喜欢那个地方，但现在他们失去了忠实的客户。他们的食物可能还不错，我不确定有多少时间。我父亲吃了和我一样的东西，但没有生病。但是不要在这里吃饭。如果你得了食物中毒，你会知道这不值得。

我在 3 月 1 日星期四下午 1:42 吃了原来的辣陀螺。大约 5-6 小时后，我开始胃痛，胃变得越来越膨胀。大约 40 分钟后，我因腹泻、呕吐和体汗而剧烈生病。情况太糟糕了，我不得不在地板上躺一会儿才能回到马桶上。这持续了大约 2-3 个小时。之后我觉得自己被殴打了。看起来像是交叉污染和卫生条件差的案例。
