Ordered my 4 year old a 4 pc nugget happy meal around 5:30pm through the drive thru. When I got the order his nuggets were not in the bag, so my husband went in and they gave him the nuggets. Around 4 am he woke up puking… 更多

My daughter was good poisened. She had a little girls hamburger happy meal with a apple juice and yogurt. This was 4/14/16 @210p.m.. She has been throwing up and nauseous and a high fever. Will be going to the hospital tomorrow.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I had a mcchicken sandwich and my 19 month old goddaughter had a chicken nugget happy meal, around 6-8 hours later I started vomiting uncontrollably which is not ideal as I am 20 weeks pregnant, then at around 1am my goddaughter was up vomiting and was sick 3 times in the space of a few hours  | 症状: 呕吐
