我在 2016 年 9 月 1 日星期四晚上 8 点左右订购了一个玉米片铃铛，里面有额外的所有东西，还有一个硬炸玉米饼和洋葱。我甚至还没吃完所有的玉米片。第二天早上我醒来时有弹丸呕吐、剧烈的头痛和发烧。这些症状持续了我一天的大部分时间。不用说，我失去了一天的工作。
今天晚上我儿子回去吃晚饭吃点东西。他说他的食物太糟糕了，因此退回要求退款。我只是希望他不会像我在床上和洗手间里度过一天那样生病醒来。也不能失去一天的工资。谢谢你，

Ate a nacho supreme for lunch last Thursday. A co-worker had a burrito supreme from there for lunch that same day. Friday night about 7-8pm it hit us both hard. Same symptoms and all. I have had food poisoning once before and this was definitely #2.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
