19 年 5 月 4 日，我给孩子们买了一顿快乐的鸡块，然后给自己买了 2 个苹果派。吃了馅饼大约 2 小时后，我的气体不好，去了洗手间几次。我的孩子的食物中毒真的很糟糕。我们在 4:30 左右吃了东西，到 11:30，我女儿正在呕吐。我儿子在 5 点 30 分醒来，开始因腹泻而无法控制地呕吐。再也不会了。

我回家吃的时候订购了 10 片麦克努格特食物我把它吃成一个金块，剩下的都是生的检查，其余的都没完全煮熟，当我回商店时炸薯条也很不错，只是我生病了大约需要 45 分钟才胃痛腹泻和呕吐

昨晚我在 The Golden Nugget 通过客房服务订购了寡妇制造商汉堡。吃了 1/2。晚上醒来时抽筋。现在发冷、抽筋、抽筋、腹泻和呕吐，我是派对中唯一的人，也是唯一一个生病的人。我吃了晚饭后大概6-7小时就出现了症状。  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻, 发烧, 抽筋, 寒战

Ate chicken nugget, apples juice, fried and apple slices from mcdonalds, 1 got sick either from the Apples or the apple juice. We both had the same meal but she had apples and apple juice and I didn't get sick  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心

Monday april 15, 2019 around 730 pm. Felt sick immediately after eating. I got a quarter pounder with cheese and a ten peice nugget with a dr pepper. Went to bed early because I didnt feel good after eating. Woke up in the middle of the night… 更多

i was served at kfc careum, we all ordered the same thing, pop corn or nugget chicken go buckets. none of the chips were cooked and only half of the chicken was. 4/5 people are sick from last nights food. some got sick instantly and some got them this morning.  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 发烧, 腹泻

4/10/2019 ate McDonald’s around 9pm with my two toddlers. They had happy meals a chicken nugget, and cheeseburger meal. And I had 2 McChickens the next day I woke up feeling horrible and tired. Couldn’t do much and lost my appetite. Stayed sick for 3 or 4 days  | 症状: 腹泻
