I had gotten a double stack, a crispy chicken sandwich and a 4 pc chicken nugget. I ate everything but the double stack because it soggy. Since last Friday (06/08/2018) I have had non stop diarrhea, nausea and fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

我吃了 10 个装薯条的金块餐；这是我在麦当劳唯一要吃的东西，所以我在星期一 5 点左右排练之前就跑过去了。直到凌晨 1 点左右我已经回家睡着了，我才生病。我无法入睡是因为我太恶心了，当我终于入睡时，我在凌晨 5 点左右醒来呕吐。大约一个小时后，我停止呕吐了，但是恶心没有停止，从那以后我就感到寒冷和虚弱。

I got a 20 piece nugget large fry and two McDoubles you can tell the the McNuggets were old but I didn't think they were that old......
