我在 9 月 5 日下午 6 点 30 分左右给我 7 岁的孩子买了 6 块金块餐。现在是 9 月 6 日 16 点 14 分，我们还在起床。自上午 12:30 以来，他一直在抱怨胃痛。自凌晨 2 点以来，他一直在扔看起来像鸡块卡盘的东西。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 胃痛

我的两个儿子饿了，所以我在上午 11 点 10 分给他们买了 10 块鸡块；这就是我的孩子们吃的东西，然后大约 4-5 点他们开始说那里的胃痛真的很糟糕。他们哭了。大约五点他们开始在各地无法控制地呕吐。我看着呕吐物，有些东西看起来像块肉和金块面包屑。我必须给他们一些药来治疗疼痛。这就是他们吃的全部，所以就是掘金。我会尽早带他们去看医生；tmrw 然后让他们的医生知道他们在哪里吃什么。我的孩子们还在呕吐，胃痛极度

i ate at 12:30ish pm and had a kids meal that included a 6 piece nugget meal, fries, and a lemonade. after i finished eating i started to have some abdominal pain. after about an hour of eating it i felt really sick. i had to run to the toilet and then i vomited.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered an 8-count nugget with waffle fries and a sweet tea around 6pm and I felt sick about 8pm this was the only meal I had eaten yesterday,my mom also got sick she had a chicken sandwich with waffle fries and honey mustard with lemons  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

My 3 year old had a chicken nugget happy meal on the 15th August, she only ate 1 as she said she didn't like then, God forbid if I had of made her eat more! It spoilt our whole stay in Tewkesbury as we had been there… 更多

I had a 10 piece nugget and a large fry. Had sweet and sour sauce, buffalo (thinking this was the culprit), and ranch for my sauces. I also had ketchup and sweet baby rays bbq sauce from home. (Possible culprits as well) I have this about once… 更多
