Symptoms began same night of trip to restaurant, maybe within six hours. Trip was on Thursday, August 2nd. Me and my fiancé both got sick. We both had double quarter pounders, fries, and I had a diet Coke while he had a sweet tea. Nausea and vomiting  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Vomiting, Fever, Nausea, Diarrhea - It was just me who got sick. I ordered The Quarter Pounder Combo Meal with a sweet tea. Within an hour I had a fever, vomiting, was nauseous, and had diarrhea. It’s day 2 today and I still have abdominal cramps, nausea and diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered what used to be my favorite breakfast meal (egg McMuffin and hash browns)...... within 15-20 minutes I got nauseous and it lasted for an hour. Do not plan on eating McDonald’s anymore as I got sick from their quarter pounder meal....  | 症状: 恶心
