我决定在下午吃麦当劳，因为我饿了还没吃东西，所以我吃了四分之一磅的饭（但是我的女朋友反对我吃，因为几周前让她生病了）无论如何我讨厌汉堡，几个小时后，我开始感到恶心，肚子疼。由于腹泻而上厕了一会儿，然后又几个小时后我躺在床上，又开始出现严重的胃痉挛，然后我跳下床跑到厕所生病了，唉我已经迟到了，一直生病到厕所我建议不要从那里再买一个汉堡。

Approximatley 4:45 I ordered a quarter pounder meal and appx 8pm, 3hrs and 15 minutes after I ate it, I violently began vomiting and had diarreah untill 4am. I had a fever of 103. At noon the next day i still had a 100 degree temperature.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I went to the drags and after we stopped at McDonald’s I ate a quarter pounder and some fries then headed home just a little while after on our way home my stomach felt a little off and by time I got home I had to rush to the bathroom in pain and sweats and had awful diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
