从早上 8 点至今（下午 3 点）开始，吃了一只鸡肉玉米饼、装满牛肉的玉米片和 doritios nacho taco，每小时至少抛出 2 次，一开始每小时多达 4-5 次。没有温度计但我想我也发烧了，出汗很多，寒冷  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 寒战, 出汗

我吃了我在开车直通时点的鸡肉鳄梨调味酱油炸玉米饼。我没吃早餐，所以真的很饿。墨西哥玉米饼没有达到通常的标准，因为沙拉很湿，油炸玉米饼的中间很冷，但是我还是吃了它，因为我太饿了，已经从驱动器中拉开了。晚上没睡觉我整晚都在呕吐，头痛，颤抖，腹泻。

I ate my Taco Bell around 8pm and went to shower when I couldn't hold the diarrhea and when I got out I went to lay down and ended up throwing up around 10:30pm after the I didn't stop having diarrhea and I threw up 3 times… 更多
