I ate a quesadilla from Taco Bell earlier and a few hours later I started getting nauseous and I eventually got diarrhea, and it feels like I have a fever but I didn't check. I did not vomit, but it feels like I could.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

我因为吃了他们菜单上的其他东西而生病了，所以我尝试了别的东西。我吃了鸡肉玉米饼。我吃完一个小时后感觉不大。吃完饭后 2-3 小时，我感到疼痛，胃痛。不久之后，出现腹泻，然后是呕吐。11 点左右睡觉时疼痛中度疼痛，凌晨 4 点醒来时经常发冷并感到恶心。今天早上又出现腹泻和呕吐。因工作而请病假，因为我感到完全筋疲力尽，虚弱和恶心。

Chicken quesadilla tasted weird, ate one bite and threw the rest away. Mexican pizza, not great, ate half and threw away. Tummy troubles within 30 minutes, 6 hours later, still pretty sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
