我下班后午夜左右去了。吃了一个（双）油炸玉米饼和一个 quesalupa-都是鸡。进食后有几个小时的疼痛气体。试着睡觉但疼痛太剧烈了。最终起来呕吐了。整个早上呕吐了几次，并处理了严重的腹泻。不呕吐就无法压住液体。一次只能睡大约一个小时。已经超过 12 个小时了，症状仍然存在。

我只吃了塔可钟，因为我和我丈夫一直很忙。我们都吃同样的东西，墨西哥玉米饼和奶酪墨西哥玉米饼。我丈夫发烧了 104 然后我把他带进了急诊室。第二天，我发烧了105。我丈夫已经康复，但我现在是第四天不吃东西、发烧、呕吐、跑步和胃痉挛极其痛苦。我马上要回急诊室了

Had the Barbacoa in a quesadilla with cheese and corn salsa. Felt like stomach very nauseated 3-4 hours after, and then diarrhea 6 hours later, including the corn salsa with it. Great. Thanks Chipotle.  | 症状: 腹泻

2016 年 4 月 20 日下午 12:00 至 12:30 和我儿子一起去吃午饭，然后以 20 美元的价格订购了两个。他点了意大利面，我点了培根牧场墨西哥玉米饼，我们都有薯条和莎莎酱。下午 4 点左右开始感到不适，伴有严重的胃痛、发烧和恶心。下午 6 点左右开始呕吐。那天晚上我又呕吐了两次。第二天还是感觉不对。自2016年4月20日那天下午以来，恶心和胃部不适仍然无法吃任何东西。我对这次磨难感到非常不满！！！
